Supported Living
Supported living services help young adults from the age of 18+ those with and without disabilities to live as independently as possible through education and employment.
We help young adults living in care, asylum seekers, and those that are homeless or need some kind of independent housing support. We offer supported accommodation for care leavers which is sustainable post-18 through local housing allowances.
We work in a person-centered way, which means that our support and care are completely bespoke and perfectly matched to the unique needs, preferences, and aspirations of each individual.
